The tiled bathroom with new fixtures were kept immaculate each day. The room was extremely comfortable, the mattress was great. I expected more traffic of questionable characters but each night was quiet. I stayed M-Th. I was also surprised at the consistent fast wifi. Oh and the towels were great.

Good value for money. Wonderful help, super convenient to Downtown, S.F. Many reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Be sure to request refrigerator. Fantastic place for money.
Continental breakfast, although not bad, has no frills muffins, cheerios, orangejuice, no waffles, no eggs, no bagels, etc. But it will do if in a hurry.

The location was excellent for catching the BART transport (train) into San Francisco,or from the airport, 5 mins max walk to station. From leaving hotel to down town took 40 mins, better than driving.

The check-in was very nice, I think it was the owner himself. He was helpful with providing us with the map and directions around the area and San Francisco in general. The location of the hotel is very good, with relatively easy access to downtown sf and surrounding areas. The hotel is nice and comfortable and the price excellent. I hope they can keep up with offering such a good price, considering how pricey sf is. Close to the bart station, but the bart prices are appalling, it was actually easier and cheaper to drive around and park the car in downtown.

Very convienient to basic restaurants, the taxis buses & bart were within easy walking distance at the bart station. The Inn was nice & quiet -traffic wise. Only inconsiderate door slamming neighbouring rooms occassionally occured. Nice Tidy clean room -- well serviced. I had to be early for breakfast or there was none left. The selection was there just not quantity. Very helpfull ,pleasant managers. Overall a pleasant stay.
Once or twice a local Dumpster was emptied far too early in the morning. Not at the Inn though.
